The Council of Condomnium Specialists® provides real estate professionals working in the field of condominium sales and leases with the prestigious national Certified Condominium Specialist® Designation through completion of the educational materials provided by the Council, such as seminars and classes in person, online and through home-study courses in the field of real estate condominium and HOA-related property transactions.
