Alternative Marketing Designations

Once you complete the CCS program and earn the Certified Condominium Specialist® designation, you can use any of the trademarked designations or choose any alternative CCS designation from our family of trademarked designations listed below that you feel would best communicate to your buyers and sellers in your particular marketplace: (There is no additional study needed to qualify to use the designations below as all the material is covered in the national Certified Condominium Specialist® course itself).
