The Professional Community Associations Agent™

 

 designation - (PCAA

™)

- is an advanced designation granted by the Council of Community Associations Specialists

™

 to licensed Real Estate Brokers and Agents who have completed their Certified Condominium Specialist® Designation and the HOA-Basics and HOA-Advanced Program.  The PCAA™ offers the real estate agent more extensive, advanced training related to the workings, responsibilities and operations of Homeowner Associations and Community Associations.

Prior to being granted permission to use the Professional Community Associations Agent™ designation in their realty business, the real estate licensee must have completed both the 

Certified Condominium Specialist

®

(CCS

) designation program and the

 

Certified HOA Leader

™

 or the Certified HOA Member

™ designation program.
