Trademark Use
Real Estate Investors Institute is the registered trademark holder of the following trademarks with the UPSTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office): Certified Condominium Specialist® (RCCS), Certified Condo Expert® (CCE™), Accredited CID Representative® (ACIDR™), Certified Planned Development Specialist® (CPDS™). Certified CID Specialist® (CCIDS™), Certified HOA Agent Resource®(CHOAAR™), Certified Community Associations Agent® (CCAA™), Certified Co-op Specialist®, Council of Condominium Specialists®, Council of CID Specialists®, We Sell Units® and Condo University®. All trademarks and designations listed above are the sole property of and may be used only with the express permission of Real Estate Investors Institute in accordance with its guidelines, terms and conditions and under United States Federal Law.
Once the designation program has been completed, designees may select designations appropriate to their market area and marketing plan from the family of designations owned/authorized by the Real Estate Investors Institute, Council of Condominium Specialists®/Council of CID Specialists® subject to membership, trademark usage and membership renewal guidelines. Designation usage ceases under the terms and conditions of and upon termination of membership in the Council of Condominium Specialists®/Council of CID Specialists®.
Real Estate Investors Institute respects the intellectual property of others, and requires that others do the same. No one may use, alter, misuse, use without our express permission, upload, embed, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available our trademarks or any material that infringes on our trademarks, copyright, patent, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any person or entity related to Real Estate Investors Institute. Real Estate Investors Institute has a policy of terminating repeat infringers from our designation program and will enforce its trademark rights under United States Federal Law.

Use of this website
By using this website and participating in any and all of our courses, materials, programs, events, seminars and webinars, hereby called "REII® Programs," you agree to respect our intellectual property ownership and you give us and our agents permission and consent, without compensation, to allow us to photograph, file, videotape, or record your participation during your participation in and use of our REII® Programs, for the purposes of collecting data to be used for advertising or marketing of our future programs and seminars, i.e. REII® Programs. You also agree that any such recordings may be used and edited at the our sole discretion, and you consent to the use of your name, company brokerage name, likeness, voice, and image in connection with our publicity, advertising and institutional promotional programs and program purposes.
You also agree to expressly release us from any and all claims and liability which you have or may have for invasion of privacy, defamation or any other cause of action arising out of production, broadcast, duplication or exhibition of our program and your participation in it in any capacity, and you agree that our use of your likeness and identity shall be at our sole creative discretion.
Our Cancellation Policy of our Live Course Events
Cancellation Policy: A student cancellation notice of one of our live classes must be received in writing by the course host or the Council of Condominium Specialists® no later than 48-hours prior to the class date.
Refund Policy: If a registered student cancels attendance of the provider’s class no later than 48-hours prior to the class date, a full refund check shall be mailed to the student or a reversal of the student’s PalPay or electronic charge, minus the cost of the electronic charge, shall occur within 10 (ten) days from the date of the scheduled class. (Please note: We do not have control over the timing of a refund from our class hosts if you have paid for one of our classes through a hose, but we will do our best to ensure you receive a refund in a timely manner.)
If the provider must cancel a class, the registered student will be given the option of a full refund per the provider’s refund policy or the student may attend one of the provider’s future classes at student’s choice within a twelve month period from the time of the class cancellation.
